Order of the Supreme Court of India in the
matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Others dated 29/10/2018 regarding
pollution caused by Graphite India in Whitefield, Bangalore, Karnataka.
Graphite India has been directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 50 lakhs with the
Karnataka State Pollution Control Board.
